Italian Day
Service at BUUF January 12, 2003
The Congregation was pleased and surprised with a festive celebration of
"La Dolce Vita" presented by Sandy Lundahl and John Dutrow. The service
hall was transformed into a veritable Italian celebration. We were treated
to Italian song, nibbled on Italian foods, toasted one another with Italian
"wine" (grape juice), and danced the tarantela. How sweet it was spending
this hour engaged in these and other cultural offerings of insight into the
joy of living life to the fullest. This service was the last in a series
reflecting on information and insights learned in Jean Houston's Mystery
School, a course of spritual learning which John and Sandy completed this
past year.
